Northshore Technical Community College Human Resources

MISSION

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to support the goals and objectives of Northshore Technical Community College by providing guidance and support to our community.

By fulfilling this mission, we:
• Recruit a diverse workforce that is supportive of the College's mission, goals and objectives, is skilled, dedicated, and collegial.

• Recommend and administer benefits programs that fulfill the needs to the majority of employees.

• Assist in recruiting and retaining qualified faculty and staff members.

• Maintain staff records to provide management with reports for information and decision-making.

• Provide counsel and make sound recommendations on employee relations issues.
