LACOMBE, La. — Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) is pleased to announce a new strategic collaboration with Excelsior University that provides NTCC alumni, faculty, and staff with direct, flexible pathways to advance their education. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) partnership establishes discounted tuition rates on Excelsior’s 100% online degree and certificate programs.
Through this new partnership, eligible NTCC community members receive a 20% tuition discount on undergraduate programs and up to 15% tuition discount on graduate programs.
Designed with working professionals and continuing students in mind, Excelsior University offers fully online coursework in key fields, including Business & Leadership (undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, and Advanced Project Management), Health Sciences & Nursing (RN-to-BSN and RN-to-MSN tracks, Health Sciences degrees, Public Health, and Graduate Certificates in Nutrition and Public Health Equity), Technology & Cybersecurity (degrees and certificates in Information Technology, Cybersecurity Operations, Engineering Technology, and Data Analytics), Public Service & Liberal Arts (programs in Criminal Justice, National Security, Public Administration, and Psychology).

In addition to reduced tuition, students enrolled through this partnership gain access to Excelsior's student support services, career planning resources, and flexible credit transfer policies aimed at accelerating degree completion.
