FALL 2021 SEMESTER TO START AUGUST 17

Lacombe - Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) will kick off their fall semester on Wednesday, August 17, 2021. NTCC is a comprehensive college with a rich history of providing workforce training and academic pathways to regional universities in the greater Northshore region. A wide variety of Academic, Technical, and Health Science programs are offered that provide world-class training and the skills necessary to be competitive in today’s dynamic workforce. There are at least 20 different Certificate, Technical Diploma, and Associate Degree programs available. 

With programs such as Diesel-Powered Equipment, Welding, Information Technology, Maritime Technology, Pharmacy Technician, and Practical Nursing, NTCC provides relevant programs and timely responsiveness to local and regional industries. NTCC’s growing list of University Pathways include partnerships with Grambling State University, LSU, Nicholls State, North Oaks School of Radiologic Technology, Northwestern State, Southeastern, University of Louisiana Lafayette, and UNO. 

NTCC is comprised of 5 campuses; Florida Parishes Campus in Greensburg, Hammond Area Campus in Hammond, Sullivan Campus in Bogalusa, Lacombe (Main) Campus in Lacombe, and the Livingston Campus in Walker. There is also one Instructional Service Center located on Southeastern Louisiana University’s North Campus in Hammond. NTCC has an open enrollment policy. Getting started only requires future students to complete an online application for admission, submit an immunization record and, if applicable, proof of registration with selective service.
