Below are some resources that may help you resolve your issue without having to submit a helpdesk ticket.
Current Employee or Student
This applies to NTCC employees and students who do not have issues logging into their NTCC email. Items in this column are not for students who cannot log into their email. Please refer to the column to the right for email issues.
Employees and current students who cannot log into the helpdesk should use the password reset tool to reset their password.

Current Students Who Cannot Log Into Email
If you are a current student who is unable to log into your email, please first attempt to reset your password for your NTCC email. Please note that this is NOT the same password as LoLA or Canvas. If you are still unable to login, please click the link below to submit a student email login issue and a member of the IT team will assist as soon as possible.
New student email accounts are created approximately 24 hours after applying for admissions or registering for classes. Occasionally, email creation may take more than 24 hours.
You cannot create a NTCC email account yourself. Directions on how to login for the first time can be found in the knowledgebase article linked below.
