2025 YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD WINNER, KASIA TREPAGNIER, RECOGNIZED AT NORTHSHORE TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE’S COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

Hammond, LA— On May 21, 2025, Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) proudly recognized Kasia Trepagnier as the recipient of the 2025 Young Alumni Award during its Commencement Ceremony. A distinguished graduate of NTCC, Kasia studied Business Office Administration, equipping herself with the skills and confidence to excel professionally. She completed her program during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and, like many of her peers, missed the opportunity to participate in a traditional graduation ceremony.

Earlier this year, Kasia reached out to NTCC in hopes of celebrating her academic milestone by participating in the 2025 Commencement Ceremony. The college not only welcomed her request but also surprised her with the

announcement that she had been selected for the prestigious Young Alumni Award. Surrounded by her proud family, Kasia finally had the chance to walk across the stage as a college graduate and award recipient—an emotional and long-awaited moment.

Kasia credits NTCC—and especially Ms. Rebecca Wright—for playing a pivotal role in her academic and personal development. The college’s supportive faculty and inclusive environment helped her cultivate discipline, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities—skills that have been instrumental in her success. For Kasia and her family, being part of the NTCC Gator family represents more than just a college experience; it stands as a symbol of opportunity, encouragement, and pride. Her journey from student to star is a powerful testament to the transformative impact of education.

Today, Kasia Trepagnier is an award-winning actress, model, and executive producer who has captivated audiences around the world with her talent and presence. With nearly 40 films to her credit and appearances at major events such as New York Fashion Week, she has emerged as a rising force in the entertainment industry. In recognition of her contributions to society, she was awarded an honorary doctorate in humanitarianism and served as Grand Marshal for the Krewe of Omega, representing Tangipahoa Parish on the Louisiana float during the 2024 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California.
