LACOMBE, LA — Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) is thrilled to announce its recognition as the Outstanding Employer of the Year (Other than Hospital) for the second consecutive year by the Louisiana Nurses Foundation (LNF). The award was presented during the 2025 Nightingale Awards Ceremony, held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at L’Auberge Casino Hotel in Baton Rouge.
This prestigious annual event celebrates excellence in nursing across Louisiana, with over 700 attendees including nominees, sponsors, healthcare employers, and leaders. More than 170 nominations were celebrated this year.
In addition to the college recognition, NTCC proudly congratulates two outstanding team members recognized at this year’s ceremony:
- Britanie Breland – Nominated for Registered Nurse of the Year
- Deborah Jenkins – Nominated for Clinical Educator of the Year
