CNA Scholarship Application

This scholarship application is for the CNA program at the Lacombe Campus of Northshore Technical Community College in Lacombe, Louisiana. 
The 4 week program will begin on May 24, 2021 and the schedule will be as follows:

Week 1 -  Monday – Thursday  from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Week 2 - Tuesday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Week 3 & 4 - Days and Hours will vary for clinicals - Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (no more than 20 hours each week)
