Escape to STEM @ Lacombe
Students race against the clock and work together to find a cure for a fictional outbreak in Escape to STEM: Outbreak! Activities include a fictional biohazard lab, VR anatomy, real-time tracking of infectious diseases, antibiotics resistance, designing purification filters, sequencing DNA and more! This camp includes a field trip to the St. Tammany Coroner’s Office, just south of the STEM Campus. Escape to STEM! Is for 7th-10th grade students! June 25-29, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Includes field trip to St. Tammany Parish Coroner’s Lab Early Registration (before April15th) $225; After April 15^th$250 Includes camp T-shirt. Lunch is provided. Snacks are available for purchase.
