Day & Night Workshops Available At All NTCC Campuses!

NTCC's Career Services is here to provide career workshops and resources to currently enrolled students and to graduated Alumni. The following workshops are designed to be interactive, motivating, fun and most importantly, educational. Applying the skills you learn in the workshops will help to empower you through your career exploration and career preparation to get to your career destination! Record your career journey with NTCC's Passport To Success! Our passport is a guide in preparing you for the workforce, and you can score some amazing NTCC career swag along the way! Attend three workshops throughout the fall semester and upload your résumé to our online employment database to complete your passport! Once completed, turn it into Career Services and get a prize! Passports are available in the Student Services office on each campus and available at all workshops.

• Resume Essentials Workshop - Learn how to construct a résumé or polish an existing one that gets an employer's attention! Provides preparation & organizational tips. 
• Interviewing Essentials Workshop - Put your best foot forward! Come learn strategies on what to wear, what to ask, and how to answer questions in a job interview. Provides preparation tips and strategies on how to make a lasting impression and land the interview! 
• Essentials of Online Job Searching Workshop - Cover all your bases in finding job opportunities! Provides hidden tools and strategies for exploring employment opportunities online. 
• Marketing Yourself Through Social Media Workshop - 60% of employers use social media to research job candidates! Provides the do's and don'ts of social media profiles and postings!
