It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you all to the 2024 Northshore Technical Community College Convocation! Today marks the beginning of a new academic year, a fresh chapter in our journey to serve the people of the Northshore. Our theme this year, "Building Bridges, Serving Together," encapsulates the essence of what we strive for as a community college.

As we gather here today, we are reminded of the importance of connection and collaboration. Building bridges symbolizes our commitment to forming strong, supportive relationships with our students, colleagues, and the wider community. It is through these connections that we can truly make a difference, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to achieve their best.

Serving together highlights the spirit of care and collaboration that defines NTCC. Exceptional service is not the responsibility of a single person or department but a collective effort that requires everyone's involvement.
